1. Eligibility
By accessing or using Cadmus AI's services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Services
Cadmus AI provides AI automation solutions including WhatsApp AI agents, voice AI agents, website/app development, and workflow automation. Specific deliverables are defined in individual statements of work or proposals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. Payment and Fees
Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are net-15 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. AI Disclaimer
AI-powered features are provided "as is" and may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. Cadmus AI is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs before use.
5. Intellectual Property
Cadmus AI retains ownership of all pre-existing code, templates, and methodologies. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use deliverables for your business. You may not resell or distribute our proprietary materials without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadmus AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding three months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
