How long does setup take?
Most WhatsApp or web chat agents go live within 5–7 business days. Voice agents and complex multi-step automations may take slightly longer depending on the scope and required integrations. We'll provide a clear timeline during your strategy call.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. Cadmus AI handles the entire setup, training, and integration. You just share details about your business, and we build the system for you. We also provide documentation and tutorials for your team.
Can the AI handle real bookings and calendars?
Yes. We connect the AI agent directly to your live calendar (Google Calendar, Calendly, etc.) so it can check availability, book appointments, send confirmations, and even send reminders automatically.
What if the AI can't answer something?
The AI will gracefully hand off the conversation to a human team member with full context. You can also configure specific handoff triggers based on keywords or customer sentiment.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
Our services are month-to-month by default. You can cancel with a 30-day notice. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you into long-term contracts.
